Just saw the WARN notice hit for the Bristol, CT location. Looks like 15 heads are being cut on December 31st. It’s always the same story—right before the new year so they can wipe the slate clean for Q1 reporting. I have friends in that office and the morale was already circling the drain. Management keeps talking about ‘operational efficiency’ and ‘streamlining,’ but it’s becoming clear that nobody is safe if the numbers aren’t hitting those aggressive targets. If you’re at this site or tied to their workflows, keep your resume polished. This feels like the start of a wider wave rather than an isolated incident. Anyone else hearing whispers about other departments being trimmed before the ball drops?
