IDEXX - Any rumblings about restructuring?

Hey everyone, been with IDEXX for a few years now and things have felt a bit... uncertain lately. Lots of whispers about 'optimization' and 'streamlining operations.' Doesn't feel like the usual busy season hype. Leadership town halls are always positive spins, but the underlying message feels different. My team's been taking on more with fewer resources, and project timelines seem to be getting more aggressive. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on similar vibes, especially in R&D or field support. Is it just me, or is the company culture shifting? Trying to get a feel for what's actually going on beyond the corporate speak. Curious to hear if anyone has seen any direct impacts or heard anything more concrete from their managers. Staying positive, but it's hard not to be a little anxious.

I've been hearing similar things. It feels like a lot of teams are being asked to do more with less, and there's a general sense of unease about where things are headed. The focus on efficiency is definitely noticeable, and it's making people nervous about job security. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment period and not something more significant.

I can echo that sentiment. In my department, we've seen a noticeable increase in project demands without a corresponding increase in headcount. The 'streamlining' talk is constant, and it's hard to shake the feeling that cuts are on the horizon, even if management isn't openly admitting it. It’s creating a bit of a tense atmosphere.
