Unsure if this is just my perception, but lately, there's been a definite shift in the atmosphere here at IDEXX Diagnostics. Performance reviews felt a bit more intense this cycle, and there's a lot of talk about 'efficiency' and 'streamlining operations.' It's making me a little uneasy, especially with the broader economic climate. I haven't heard any official announcements, and my direct manager hasn't said anything concerning, but you can just *feel* it, you know? More meetings about resource allocation, less talk about growth initiatives. It's like the focus has narrowed significantly. Has anyone else experienced this? Wondering if this is a precursor to something, or just standard business optimization. Curious to hear from others if they're seeing similar trends or if they feel things are stable.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's like a low hum of 'things are changing' that you can't quite pinpoint.
