IDEXX - How are your teams handling workload?

Is it just my corner of IDEXX, or is everyone's workload completely insane right now? Feels like we're constantly being asked to do more with less, and the pressure to hit targets is through the roof. Been hearing a lot of chatter about 'efficiency gains' and 'process improvements,' which usually translates to more work for the same people, or worse, fewer people doing the same amount of work. My manager is great but even they seem stressed about bandwidth. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if certain departments are getting hit harder. Are performance reviews reflecting this increased demand? Just want to know if I'm alone in feeling like I'm running on fumes just to keep up. Any tips on how you're all managing this kind of pressure would be appreciated. It’s getting to a point where it’s impacting work-life balance significantly, and frankly, it’s starting to feel unsustainable.
