IDEXX - Is anyone else seeing a hiring freeze?

Hey everyone, I've been with IDEXX for a few years now and lately things feel...different. My team's been talking about how a few roles that were supposed to open up aren't moving forward, and we haven't seen any new requisitions pop up internally for a while. Recruitment outreach has also seemed to dry up. I'm not hearing any official word, but the vibe is definitely shifting. Just wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this or has heard any whispers. Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just localized to my division. Are you seeing fewer job postings, or are interviews being postponed indefinitely? Any insights would be appreciated. Trying to stay ahead of the curve here and understand the current climate.
