IDEXX - Performance expectations shifting?

Newer hire in the Diagnostics division here. Coming from a different industry, I'm trying to get a feel for the performance culture at IDEXX. It seems like the expectations have ramped up significantly in the last quarter or so. Lots of focus on "driving efficiency" and hitting ambitious targets. Is this typical for IDEXX, or is it a sign of something else? Wondering if this increased pressure is related to broader company goals or maybe something more specific to the Diagnostics side. Feels like people are working harder but also seem a bit more stressed than usual. Just want to know if this is the norm or if there's a reason to be more concerned. Appreciate any perspectives.
