IDEXX - Thoughts on the recent hiring slowdown?

Just observing that it feels like hiring has slowed to a crawl across the board here at IDEXX. Fewer new postings, and when roles do open up, they seem to take forever to fill. It's making it tough for teams that are already stretched thin. Has anyone else noticed this? I haven't heard anything concrete about layoffs or major restructuring, but this definitely feels like a precursor to something. Maybe it's just market conditions, but it's hard not to be a little concerned when you see the pipeline for new talent dry up. Are managers being asked to justify every new hire more than usual? Are there internal transfers happening instead of external hires? Trying to understand the strategy behind this and if it's a company-wide directive or localized to certain divisions. Any insights would be appreciated.
