Hey all, Been seeing a lot of chatter about potential layoffs across various tech and biotech companies lately, and while there's nothing concrete about IDEXX specifically, I'm curious what the general feeling is on the ground. My team has been pretty quiet lately, project timelines seem a bit nebulous, and I've noticed a few roles that were posted a while back are still open with no movement. Anyone else in Diagnostics picking up on similar vibes? Is it just me or are things feeling a bit... stagnant? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide sentiment or just specific pockets. My department has been pretty stable, honestly. We've had some reorgs in the past, but nothing seems out of the ordinary right now. Timelines are a bit tight on a couple of key projects, but that's pretty standard for us. The open roles you're seeing might just be taking longer to fill due to the competitive market, not necessarily a sign of trouble.

I can relate to that feeling. My team's workload has definitely been lighter than usual for the past quarter. Some project scopes have been narrowed down, and there's a general sense of 'hurry up and wait' on a few initiatives. I haven't heard any specific layoff rumors, but the quietness is noticeable and causing some unease.
