IDEXX Diagnostics - Feeling the pressure? What's your team's outlook?

Long-time lurker here, work in Diagnostics at IDEXX. Lately, I've been feeling a bit of an underlying tension. Performance targets seem a little more aggressive than usual, and there's a constant push for efficiency. It's not outright panic mode, but it's definitely a different atmosphere than a year or two ago. Has anyone else noticed this? Are there any whispers about potential headcount adjustments, or is this just the standard 'do more with less' mantra that seems to be everywhere these days? Curious to hear if other teams are feeling similar pressure or if there are any specific projects or initiatives that seem to be creating this atmosphere. Trying to understand the bigger picture here without jumping to conclusions. Appreciate any shared experiences.
