Hey everyone, scrolling through here and seeing a lot of general anxiety about the market and tech layoffs. Was wondering if anyone at IDEXX Diagnostics has heard anything specific, or even just a vibe shift, regarding potential headcount changes? I'm not seeing any official news or even strong rumors on the usual sites, but sometimes things bubble up internally before they hit the wider web. Is there any talk about slowing hiring, budget cuts, or reorganizations in the Diagnostics division specifically? Just trying to gauge the temperature. Haven't heard any whispers about layoffs or significant headcount changes specifically within the Diagnostics division. Things feel pretty stable from my end, honestly. Hiring seems to be ongoing in key areas, and there's no real sense of budget tightening or major reorganization talk that's reached my team. The usual market fluctuations are definitely a backdrop, but internally, it seems business as usual for now. Perhaps it's sector-specific or impacting different departments more than others? Curious if anyone else has a different perspective from their corner of IDEXX.
