From what I've seen, ITW is generally competitive, especially for engineering roles. They tend to have a solid base salary with good benefits, and performance bonuses can add a nice chunk on top. Don't forget to factor in the value of their stock purchase plan if that's offered. It's worth asking about the typical bonus structure and how it's determined during your interviews. They seem to value experience and reward it appropriately.
