ITW - Anyone else feeling the pressure?

Hey everyone, been with ITW for a few years now, and lately things have felt a bit... unstable. Not hearing any concrete layoff news, which is good, but the general vibe in the company feels different. Projects are being scrutinized more, budgets seem tighter, and there's a definite push for efficiency across the board. It's making me a little antsy. Has anyone else picked up on this? Wondering if it's just my division or a broader company-wide thing. Trying not to panic, but it's hard not to overthink things when the economic outlook isn't exactly sunny. Curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing similar sentiments or has any insights from different parts of the business. Trying to stay optimistic but also want to be prepared if things do shift. Yeah, the atmosphere has felt a bit tense lately, even outside of my specific team. There's a definite sense of caution and a drive to prove value. It's understandable given the current economic climate, but it does create a certain unease.
