ITW - Thoughts on the current market for engineers?

Hey everyone, been lurking for a bit but decided to post. I'm in an engineering role at ITW, and while there haven't been any official announcements or anything, I've been noticing a general slowdown in hiring and some projects getting put on the back burner across a few divisions. Anyone else in ITW feeling this? Is it just my group, or is there a broader trend we should be aware of? I'm not panicking, but it's hard not to notice the shift. Trying to gauge if this is a typical seasonal thing or something more significant. Curious to hear what others are seeing and if there's any chatter internally, even if it's just water cooler talk.
