ITW Q2 Earnings Call - Any specific mentions of workforce adjustments?

With the Q2 earnings call coming up, I was wondering if anyone has any inside info or has heard any whispers about potential workforce adjustments at ITW? I know there haven't been any major public announcements or widespread layoff reports, but sometimes these things are hinted at or discussed internally before they become official. I'm not looking for speculation, but if anyone has heard anything concrete, even just about slower hiring or a review of headcount in certain areas, I'd be interested to know. Trying to stay ahead of things if possible.

Haven't heard any direct mentions of workforce adjustments, but the general economic climate suggests companies are being cautious. It's possible there's a hiring freeze in some divisions or a more deliberate approach to filling open roles. Without concrete information, it's hard to say for sure, but it wouldn't be surprising if ITW is reviewing its headcount strategy to align with current market conditions and future outlook. Keep an eye on their official statements post-earnings call for any clues.
