Illumina - Anyone else feeling pressure on team sizes?

Been noticing a real slowdown in hiring across the board here at Illumina. Plus, a few teams I interact with seem to be operating with fewer people than they were a few months ago, without any new hires to compensate. It’s starting to feel like teams are being asked to do more with less, or maybe just 'less.' No official announcements, of course, but the quiet squeeze is palpable. Has anyone else seen this on their team or heard anything through the grapevine about projected headcounts for the next year? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide trend or if I'm just in a department that's feeling the pinch more acutely. Feels like we're holding our breath a bit.
