Illumina - Anyone else seeing hiring freeze creeping in?

Hey everyone, Been with Illumina for a few years now and lately things just feel… off. I know there haven't been any official announcements, but the vibe in my department and the few I talk to is definitely shifting. Applications for internal roles seem to be getting fewer and further between, and even those are taking ages to get any traction. Externally, I haven't heard of much new hiring either, outside of very specific, critical roles. Feels like budgets are getting tighter and the pipeline for new projects isn't as robust as it used to be. Is anyone else in a similar boat? Seeing fewer new roles posted, internal mobility slowing down, or maybe even a subtle pause on external offers? Trying to get a pulse on whether this is just my team/site or a broader trend across the company. Curious to hear what others are experiencing. Stay safe out there.
