Been hearing whispers and seeing the usual signs around the office. 'Efficiency improvements,' 'strategic realignment,' all the usual corporate speak. But honestly, it feels like more than just words this time. People are guarding their work, there's a definite tension in the air. I'm trying not to panic, but the lack of transparency is really getting to me. Anyone on the inside have any concrete info, or just want to commiserate? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread thing or just isolated departments. Feels like a lot of uncertainty right now, and it's hard to focus when you're constantly wondering what's next. Seeing some people polish up their resumes, which is never a good sign. Curious to hear what others are seeing or hearing, especially in different divisions.

Yeah, I've picked up on some of that too. The 'efficiency improvements' always make me nervous. It feels like the ground is shifting, and nobody's really sure where they'll land. The 'strategic realignment' sounds like a nice way to say jobs might be on the line. Just trying to stay focused on my own projects, but it's hard not to get caught up in the general unease.
