Rumors of reorgs at Illumina - anyone have concrete info?

Just trying to gauge the temperature here. Seeing a lot of whispers about potential reorganizations happening at Illumina, possibly impacting certain product lines or business units. Nothing concrete, just the usual office gossip mill working overtime. Has anyone actually seen any official communication or heard from their direct management about planned structural changes? I'm in manufacturing, and we've been hearing about potential 'synergies' which is usually corporate speak for something else.
