Anyone else noticing the calendar lockouts?

Is it just me, or has the atmosphere at the office shifted significantly over the last two weeks? I’ve been trying to book meetings with leadership to finalize Q3 roadmaps, but almost everyone is 'out of office' or suddenly in 'private' all-day blocks. It feels like the same pattern I saw right before the last round of cuts—everyone is hunkered down, minimizing their digital footprint, and keeping their cameras off during syncs. My manager usually does a 1:1 on Tuesdays, but he pushed it to Friday and then canceled it entirely without rescheduling. I'm keeping my resume updated tonight because I’d rather be prepared than blindsided. Has anyone else’s skip-level cancelled their check-ins recently? It feels like the silence is getting louder.
