Anyone else seeing reduced hours or work lately at Instacart?

Hey everyone, been with Instacart for a while now, and lately, things feel... slower. My batch availability has definitely dropped, and the ones that do pop up aren't paying what they used to. I know there's been a lot of talk about potential layoffs in the broader tech/gig economy space, and while Instacart hasn't officially announced anything, I can't shake the feeling that something's up. Just trying to gauge if this is a personal experience or if others are noticing a dip in work or a general tightening of the belt. Are you guys seeing fewer batches? Less demand in your area? Wondering if it's seasonality or something more structural. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's hard when the earnings are noticeably down.
