Feeling the pressure - anyone else worried about Instacart's future?

Lately, I've been feeling a growing sense of unease about the direction things are going at Instacart. While there haven't been any official layoff announcements that I'm aware of, the general economic climate and the general belt-tightening across the industry, especially in the grocery tech and delivery sector, has me a little worried. I've seen some older news about past layoffs and union issues, which always makes you wonder if there's more going on behind the scenes. It feels like there's a lot of pressure to maintain growth and profitability, and sometimes that leads to difficult decisions. Has anyone else on the platform noticed any signs, like hiring freezes, reduced budgets, or even just a different vibe internally? I'm not trying to spread panic, just trying to gauge the mood and see if others are feeling this too. Open to hearing different perspectives.

Yeah, I'm right there with you. The economic slowdown definitely has me looking over my shoulder. It's easy to dismiss things when there aren't direct announcements, but the whispers and the general industry trends are hard to ignore. I've been trying to focus on my own performance and build up some savings just in case, but it's tough not to feel a bit anxious about what might be coming down the pipeline for Instacart and similar companies. Hope for the best, prepare for the worst, right?
