Layoff Report
If layoffs happen, what's a realistic severance package to expect at Instacart?

0x28dd…0833Okay, hypothetical question time, but it's weighing on my mind. With the general economic climate and some of the subtle shifts I've noticed internally (less cross-functional collaboration, budgets feeling tighter), I'm starting to think about worst-case scenarios. I've been in my role in customer support for almost 5 years. I know every company is different, but for those who might have seen this before at Instacart or similar tech/delivery companies, what’s a baseline severance package people usually get? I'm talking about notice period, pay, benefits continuation, stock options, etc. Trying to get a sense of what's standard so I can be prepared if the worst does happen. Any insights would be super helpful, even anecdotal. Trying to plan without panicking.
