Hey all, long-time lurker here, ICE employee (various divisions). Just wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on the same vibe. There's been a lot of internal chatter lately, hushed tones in the breakroom, and some project re-prioritization that feels... different. Nothing official has been announced, and I'm not trying to spread unsubstantiated rumors, but the general atmosphere feels a bit tense. My manager's been a bit cagey when I've asked about team direction, and some folks on other teams have mentioned 'efficiency reviews'. Anyone else seeing similar signs? Trying to gauge if this is just my team's specific situation or a broader trend across ICE. Trying to stay optimistic, but the uncertainty is definitely starting to weigh.
