ICE - Anyone else feeling uncertain about future stability?

Lately, I've been having some nagging doubts about job security here at ICE. There's been no concrete news, no official statements about layoffs or anything like that. But you can just feel a shift in the air, you know? People are a little more quiet in meetings, there's less casual chatter in the break room, and the usual optimistic buzz seems muted. I keep checking industry news and looking for any signals, but nothing concrete is popping up related to ICE specifically. Still, the general economic climate and the financial sector's usual cycles make me a bit anxious. Has anyone else picked up on this? Maybe heard any indirect chatter or seen subtle changes in how projects are being approved or staffed that might hint at upcoming belt-tightening? Just trying to prepare myself mentally, I guess.
