ICE - Anyone else notice changes in team structures?

Hey everyone, been at ICE for a few years now and recently things have felt a bit... different. My team's been restructured a couple of times in the last quarter, and I've seen a few familiar faces pop up on LinkedIn as having moved on to other companies. Nothing has been officially communicated as a large-scale layoff or anything drastic, but the general vibe seems to be one of 'quiet optimization' or something. Is anyone else experiencing similar shifts within their departments? Hearing any chatter about potential impacts down the line? Trying to get a pulse on what's happening beyond the official channels. Any intel would be appreciated, trying to navigate this with a clear head.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed some flux in my area too. It's not just you. Seems like a lot of shuffling around, with roles being redefined and some people landing in unexpected places. The lack of clear communication does make it a bit unsettling, doesn't it? Makes you wonder what the long-term strategy is. Hoping it's just growing pains and leads to something better.

Interesting to hear you're seeing this too. My team's been through a couple of reorganizations lately, and it feels like a constant state of adjustment.
