Hey all, been following ICE pretty closely lately, and I've noticed a definite slowdown in hiring across several departments, at least from what I'm seeing on LinkedIn and through internal contacts. It's not a formal layoff announcement, but the vibe feels like things are tightening up. Budgets seem to be under more scrutiny, and there's less chatter about new projects kicking off. Anyone else in the same boat or hearing similar things? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or specific to certain teams. The market volatility probably isn't helping, but I'm curious about what's happening behind the scenes. Just want to be prepared if things take a turn.

Yeah, I've definitely picked up on a similar sentiment lately. Open roles seem to be taking longer to fill, and some positions I was tracking have disappeared entirely. It's not just my team either; I've heard from folks in other divisions that the hiring process has become significantly more drawn out and selective. Less emphasis on rapid expansion and more on solidifying existing operations, it seems. The overall atmosphere feels more cautious than it did even six months ago.
