ICE - Anyone else seeing increased pressure/workload?

Hey all, been at ICE for a few years now and lately things feel... intense. It's not just me, right? My team is swamped, and it feels like we're being asked to do more with less, even though there haven't been any official announcements. Projects are getting fast-tracked, deadlines are tightening, and the general vibe is a bit more stressed than usual. Is this a company-wide thing, or am I just in a particularly demanding department? Wondering if others are experiencing similar pressure. Trying to gauge the temperature before things potentially get worse. Anyone have insights into what might be driving this? Is it market conditions, internal restructuring, or just a new push for efficiency? Curious to hear what others are seeing and feeling.

Yeah, I've felt that too. Seems like the pace has picked up considerably over the past year or so across several teams I interact with. Lots of new initiatives launching, and it definitely feels like resources are stretched thin to accommodate them. Deadlines are definitely tighter, and the general atmosphere feels more urgent than it used to. Hopefully, it's a sign of growth and successful projects, but it's definitely noticeable.

Totally understand where you're coming from. While my department hasn't had any major shifts, I've definitely heard similar sentiments from colleagues in other areas. It seems like the market is really driving a lot of rapid changes and new product development, which naturally translates to increased pressure and demands on everyone. It's a challenging environment, but also exciting if you can keep up with the pace.
