ICE - Latest layoffs and what it means for us

Just saw the news about the ~150 layoffs in VA reported on WARN. It's always rough seeing numbers like that, especially when you're inside the company. I'm in a different department, but it's hard not to feel a knot in your stomach. Makes you wonder where the cuts will hit next and if our roles are truly secure. The official notice date was July 1st, with the layoff on Oct 4th - that's a pretty long lead time, which is… interesting. Anyone else in that affected area hear anything or have insights into what prompted this? Or for those in other departments, how are you all feeling about this? Has leadership communicated anything, or are we left to speculate?
