ICE - Morale seems lower lately, anyone else feel it?

Hey everyone, been at ICE for a few years now and lately, the general vibe just feels... off. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what's changed, but there's a definite undercurrent of unease. People seem more guarded in meetings, less collaborative than usual. I've also noticed a lot more 'heads down' working, with fewer spontaneous chats or team lunches. Is it just me, or has anyone else picked up on a shift in morale? Maybe it's related to the general market conditions, or perhaps something more specific to ICE that I'm missing.
