ICE - Questions about potential restructuring in certain divisions

Been at ICE for a few years now, and lately, there's been a lot of talk about potential restructuring within some of the newer acquisitions and even some older, established product lines. It feels like leadership is evaluating where to double down and where to maybe… consolidate. Nothing concrete has been announced, and there's no official word on layoffs, but the internal meetings and the way resources are being shifted around definitely suggest some changes are coming. Has anyone else experienced or heard about similar internal shifts? Trying to understand the bigger picture here and if this is a precursor to anything more significant down the line. Feels like a lot of uncertainty right now.
