ICE - Thoughts on the recent VA layoffs impacting morale?

Hey everyone, seeing the news about the layoffs in Virginia has definitely put a damper on things. Even though I'm not directly impacted, it's hard to ignore. Morale feels a bit shaky right now. People are quietly talking about it, trying to figure out the 'why' and the 'what's next'. It's understandable to feel a bit anxious when this happens. I'm curious how this is affecting teams across ICE. Are people more cautious? Is there a sense of 'us vs. them' creeping in, or is everyone banding together? Has anyone gotten any clear communication from management about the company's direction or strategy that might shed some light on these decisions? Trying to stay positive but it's tough.
