Anyone else feeling the pinch at IP Materials?

Starting to feel like things are tightening up in Materials. My team has been picking up extra work lately, and there's been a lot more scrutiny on expenses. I know it's not just us, but it feels different this time around. Been with IP for a while and this is a new level of 'belt-tightening'. Definitely not hearing any specific layoff talk, but the atmosphere is definitely more subdued than usual. Is this a company-wide thing or specific to Materials? Are other departments seeing the same? Just trying to gauge if I'm overthinking things or if there's a real shift happening. Anyone else picking up on this vibe?

Yeah, I've definitely noticed a shift in Materials too. More eyes on everything, and projects that used to get greenlit pretty quickly seem to be stuck in review longer. Feels like resources are being stretched thin. It's creating a bit of an uncomfortable environment when you're trying to get things done, and everyone's a little on edge about what might be next. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment and not a sign of bigger issues down the road.
