Yeah, I've noticed some of the same things filtering down. While not explicitly stated as cuts, there's definitely a more cautious approach to spending across the board. We're seeing delays in approving certain equipment purchases, and even routine maintenance is getting a second look. It's making planning for next year a bit of a guessing game, honestly. Hopefully, it's just a temporary belt-tightening exercise.
Interesting that you're feeling it in Materials too. We've been under a bit of a hiring pause for a while now, especially for non-essential roles. The emphasis seems to be on retaining current staff and maximizing efficiency with what we have. It's not ideal, but I guess it's a sign of the times in the industry. Let's hope for some positive news in the coming quarters.
