IP Materials - Anyone seeing leadership changes or strategic shifts?

Just wondering if anyone else in the Materials division at IP has noticed any significant shifts in leadership or strategy lately. We've had a couple of senior folks move on, and I've heard some talk about a potential re-evaluation of certain product lines or operational structures. Nothing concrete, of course, but enough to make you raise an eyebrow. It feels like more than just routine management shuffling. Could be nothing, but with the way the market is, it's hard not to connect the dots. Anyone have any insights, even speculative ones? Wondering if we're heading towards restructuring or something similar. Trying to prepare mentally if needed.

Yeah, I've picked up on some similar vibes. The rumor mill has been churning, and the departures definitely stand out. Feels like more than just the usual churn, and the talk about product lines being re-examined is definitely making people uneasy. It's hard to ignore when there's so much market pressure lately.
