Anyone else feeling the pressure at ISG?

I'm starting to feel it. Been with the company for a few years now and things have always felt pretty stable, especially compared to some other tech/medtech places. But lately, there's been a definite tightening. Budgets feel smaller, travel is getting scrutinized more than ever, and there's a general air of 'do more with less'. Performance reviews felt a bit more intense this cycle too. Not hearing direct layoff talk, but the signs are there. Anyone else experiencing this? Is it just my department or is this a company-wide trend? Just want to know if I should start polishing the resume or if this is just a temporary belt-tightening phase.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too. It's a weird shift from what we've been used to. The 'growth at all costs' vibe seems to have cooled, replaced by a more cautious approach. It's understandable given the economic climate, but it does make you wonder about future investments and opportunities. Hopefully, it's just a temporary adjustment and not a sign of deeper issues.

I've noticed the changes as well, particularly the increased scrutiny on expenses. It feels like the days of easy budget approvals are behind us for now. It's creating a bit of uncertainty, for sure. I'm trying to stay focused on delivering results, but it's hard not to be a little on edge when the atmosphere changes like this. Let's hope for some clarity soon.
