Anyone else seeing headcount freezes at ISG lately?

Hey all, I'm seeing some weird signals from the Intuitive Surgical side of things. Heard through the grapevine about another layoff this past December (around 150 folks, I think?). It's not on the main news cycle but I've seen a WARN notice pop up. This follows some whispers I've heard about hiring managers being told to "pause" on new reqs or "re-evaluate" needs. Doesn't feel like the explosive growth period we saw a few years back. Anyone in other departments feeling this? Are teams being told to hold off on backfills or are new positions just not being opened? Curious if this is a company-wide thing or isolated to certain divisions. Trying to get a pulse on the stability of the place.
