Intuitive Surgical - Hiring freezes or slowdown?

Checking in from ISG. Noticed a significant slowdown in new requisitions opening up recently. A few roles I was tracking have been put on hold indefinitely. It's not a full-on hiring freeze from what I can tell, but definitely feels like a much tighter leash on bringing in new talent. This is different from past years where we were aggressively expanding. Makes you wonder about future growth plans or if they're consolidating. Anyone in hiring or management seeing the same thing? Trying to understand if this is a temporary pause or a sign of a more strategic shift. It's making it harder to backfill critical roles too, which is starting to impact team capacity.

Yeah, I've been hearing similar whispers from folks on the engineering side. It definitely feels like a shift from the hyper-growth phase we were in. My team's been told to be extra judicious about any new headcount requests, and some planned projects requiring new hires are definitely on the back burner.
