Hey everyone, been with ISG for a few years now in engineering and honestly, the vibe has felt... different lately. Not sure if it's just me, but there's been a lot of quiet chatter and a general sense of unease. Post-earnings, things seemed to settle a bit, but it feels like there's an underlying tension. Management seems a bit more tight-lipped, and some projects are facing unexpected scrutiny. I haven't heard any concrete layoff news, and my team is still busy, but I'm wondering if others are picking up on the same signals. Is this just the typical end-of-year slowdown, or is there something more significant brewing? Curious to hear if anyone else in R&D, Sales, or Operations is feeling this shift. Trying to stay positive, but it's hard when the general mood is a bit somber.

I can definitely relate to the feeling of unease. While my department isn't engineering, we've also noticed a shift in atmosphere. Communication from leadership has been more guarded, and there's a sense that resources are being scrutinized more closely than before. It's hard to pinpoint, but the general mood does feel a bit more tense. It's good to know I'm not the only one picking up on these subtle changes.
