ISG - Anyone else feeling the pinch?

Hey everyone, been with ISG for a few years now in R&D. Lately, the vibe has been... off. Feels like budgets are tightening, projects are getting shelved or significantly scaled back, and there's a lot of hushed talk in the hallways. No official announcements, of course, but the whispers about potential workforce adjustments are getting louder. Saw some chatter on other platforms too, but nothing concrete. Anyone else in operations, engineering, or even sales noticing a shift? Is it just my department or is this a company-wide thing? Trying to get a pulse on the situation before it potentially hits closer to home. Sharing what you're seeing, even anecdotal stuff, would be appreciated.

It's concerning to hear about the atmosphere you're describing. While I'm in a different department and haven't personally felt the exact same pinch, I have noticed a definite increase in scrutiny on resource allocation across the board. Budgets do seem tighter, and there's a more cautious approach to new initiatives. It's hard to ignore the general sense of unease, even if it's not openly discussed. Hopefully, it's just a temporary phase related to market conditions or strategic shifts, rather than something more serious.
