ISG - Internal transfer difficulties?

Hey everyone, throwing this out there to see if anyone else is experiencing this. I've been trying to move internally at ISG for a few months now, and it's been surprisingly tough. Usually, internal mobility is pretty straightforward here, but lately, it feels like the doors are shut. My current manager is supportive, but the roles I'm interested in seem to be going to external candidates, or just... not happening. It makes me wonder what's going on behind the scenes. Is it a budget thing? Are departments being more cautious about backfilling? I'm not seeing any official layoff news, but the internal job board seems less active than it used to be, and the few roles I've applied for have gone silent or been filled by someone new. Has anyone else felt this shift? Maybe it's just my experience, but it feels like a general tightening up. Trying to get a pulse on the general vibe in the company right now. Any insights would be appreciated.
