ISG - Navigating the current climate

Lurking for a while, but wanted to throw my two cents in. I'm in a technical role at Intuitive and while we haven't seen any official announcements, the whispers are definitely there. Performance reviews seemed to carry a bit more weight this year, and there's a lot of talk about 'optimization' and 'efficiency' in meetings that feels a little buzzword-heavy for my taste. It's making me a bit antsy, to be honest. My work hasn't changed, and we're hitting our targets, but you can't help but notice the atmosphere. Are others seeing similar trends? Thinking about updating my resume just in case, even though I love the company and our mission. Just want to be prepared. Anyone else in a similar boat, perhaps in Marketing or Operations, experiencing this heightened sense of caution?
