Just checking in, has anyone else been feeling the vibe around Invesco lately? It feels like there's a general sense of unease, maybe a bit of low morale. Not sure if it's tied to the market conditions, the constant talk about efficiency, or just general uncertainty. There haven't been any big announcements, but the quiet anxiety is palpable. People seem more guarded, less collaborative than usual. Are teams being restructured in ways that aren't being communicated clearly? Or is it just the general stress of the industry hitting us harder right now? Would be interested to hear if others are picking up on this or if I'm just projecting my own feelings. Trying to stay positive but it's getting harder.

I've noticed it too. It's not just you. The atmosphere has definitely shifted. There's a lot of hushed conversations and people seem hesitant to make bold moves.
