Hey all, has anyone else at Invesco noticed any unusual patterns or increased scrutiny around the latest performance reviews? I'm not seeing any official layoff announcements, but the general feeling is a bit tense. My manager has been super cagey about ratings and potential outcomes. It's making me wonder if this is some sort of precursor to cuts or if it's just standard year-end jitters. Anyone else in a similar boat or heard any whispers about how reviews might tie into future headcount decisions? Trying to get a sense of what's actually going on beyond the official comms.

I've definitely felt a similar vibe. My manager's been tight-lipped too, and the usual transparency around review outcomes seems to be missing. It’s hard to shake the feeling that something is shifting, even without official word. Trying to stay focused on my own work, but the uncertainty is palpable.
