Yeah, I'm feeling that tension too. It's like everyone's holding their breath, waiting to see what happens. Totally agree. The 'palpable tension' description is spot on. It feels less like a standard review cycle and more like a high-stakes chess match. People are definitely more guarded, and I've noticed a reluctance to stick their necks out, either positively or negatively.
