Definitely feel the increased pace of change. We're seeing a real push towards active strategies in some segments as clients look for ways to navigate volatility, which is a positive. However, broader market uncertainty does put pressure on AUM growth, and there's a lot of internal discussion about adapting our offerings to meet evolving client needs. Focus remains on delivering value and staying nimble.
