Internal job postings disappearing?

Has anyone else noticed that the internal job board has been looking pretty sparse lately? Usually, there are always a bunch of roles being posted, even for internal transfers. But over the last month or so, it seems like there are way fewer openings. Combined with the general quietness I've been hearing about project pipelines and general hiring sentiment, it's making me a little nervous. I was hoping to move to a different team internally, but it doesn't look like there are many options right now. Is this a sign of something bigger, or just a temporary slowdown? Curious if others have seen this and what they think it means for job security or internal mobility here.

I've definitely noticed the same thing. The internal job board used to be a go-to for seeing what was available across different departments, but lately, it's been eerily quiet. I was also exploring opportunities for an internal move, and the lack of postings is a bit concerning. It makes you wonder if there's a hiring freeze or a significant slowdown happening that isn't being communicated openly. Hopefully, things pick up soon, or at least we get some clarity on the situation.
