Anyone else feeling the jitters at Smucker?

Hey all, been seeing some whispers and general unease around the office lately. No official announcements, but the vibe just feels... off. Lot of people talking about 'restructuring' and 'efficiency drives' which usually translates to the same old story. Anyone else in the Smucker camp noticing this? Been here a few years and this is the first time I've felt this kind of low-level anxiety. Just want to get a sense if it's just my department or a wider feeling. Keeping my resume updated just in case, but hoping for the best. Curious to hear if anyone has any actual info or similar gut feelings.

I've been here a while and haven't felt this kind of tension before. It's more than just the usual end-of-quarter crunch. There's a definite undercurrent of 'what if?' in the air. People are friendly, but there's a wariness there too. It's a shame because Smucker has always felt like a stable place. Hoping it's just a temporary thing and we get some clarity soon, but yeah, the background anxiety is real.
