Anyone else hearing whispers about Q3 synergy targets?

Is it just me, or is the atmosphere in the offices getting a bit more 'corporate' lately? I’ve been with Smucker for a few years, and the recent push for 'operational efficiency' feels like a precursor to something bigger. Every town hall lately is heavy on buzzwords about streamlining portfolios and cutting overhead, but nobody wants to say the 'L' word. My manager keeps dodging questions about headcount for the upcoming fiscal year. I’m starting to notice a lot of internal project freezes and a sudden lack of travel budget for the regional teams. Has anyone heard any scuttlebutt from HR or mid-level management about potential workforce reductions after the next earnings call? The vibe in the breakroom is pretty anxious, to say the least.
