It feels like more than just the usual quarterly housekeeping. People are definitely on edge. Has anyone else been directly impacted or heard more concrete details about what these 'adjustments' actually entail? Trying to gauge if this is a widespread thing or just isolated incidents. I've heard similar whispers across a couple of teams. The language around 'synergy' and 'efficiency' is being used a lot, which usually means headcount is on the table. It feels like they're trying to consolidate functions and maybe shift some responsibilities around. Management seems tight-lipped, which isn't helping the anxiety. Hopefully, it's just a minor reshuffle and not a sign of bigger issues.
