Been with Smucker for a while now, and lately things feel... different. No major news breaks, no official layoff announcements, but there's an undercurrent of change that's hard to ignore. Performance reviews felt a bit more pointed this year, and I've noticed a few key people in different departments either leaving or being 'reassigned' with little explanation. It makes you wonder what the long-term vision is. Is there a big strategic pivot happening behind the scenes? Anyone else seeing similar signs or hearing whispers about potential organizational changes that might impact headcount down the line? Trying to stay ahead of the curve here and understand if my role is secure or if I should start polishing the resume. Appreciate any perspectives from fellow employees.

I've been with the company for a good number of years and can definitely echo that sentiment. The vibe has shifted, for sure. It's not a crisis, but it's definitely a period of adjustment. Conversations feel more strategic, and there's a palpable sense that departments are being realigned to better fit what seem to be new priorities.
